7日打响的2023-2024赛季中国男排超级联赛决赛首回合：上海光明男排直落三局击败坐镇主场的北京北汽男排，在五场三胜制决赛中占得先机。

第一局上海队就“反客为主”。而面对对手开局打出的进攻高潮，北京队主教练李牧两次请求暂停，调整后局中苦苦追分却依然无果，18:25丢掉首局；
第二局北京队调整状态紧咬比分，可惜上海队凭借着更加稳定的发挥，抓住局末北京队的几次失误，以25:21再次赢下；
第三局，在局末阶段双方比分一度战至21:22。无奈上海队反击依旧犀利，最终以25:21结束比赛。
接下来双方次回合较量将在4月11日进行。
